• Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any unopened boxes or vials that are in original condition purchased from ConceptLens for a store credit or refund. We are currently unable to accept returns of opened items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

• Contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This RMA Number MUST accompany all returned merchandise.

• Once we receive your unopened boxes or vials, we will promptly exchange your product, refund or issue a store credit (less shipping charges).

• We will notify you via e-mail with your store credit receipt or refund.

• For your protection, items should be returned via traceable mail. we recommend that you ship your return back to us via Registered Mail with insured service. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow you to track your return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments.
